Please go to our Return Portal with your order information to complete the return process. A return instruction email with a return label attached will be generated by the system after your return is approved. Please use the label for shipping the returned items to us.
Sage and Paije is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
To simplify your returns process, we offer an easy, pay-and-print return label service.
Please submit your return request via our AU returns portal, you will receive a postage label. Print and affix it to your package. then drop it in your nearest red AusPost box or take it to a local AusPost shop. Easy!
We will deduct $11.50 for the use of our returns label if you are an Australian based customer.
